Voicebrook
For Solventum Fluency customers

Keep Solventum Fluency. Add the pathology layer on top.

Solventum Fluency (formerly 3M Fluency for Imaging and Transcription) is an enterprise speech recognition engine serving radiology, ambulatory, ED, and other clinical departments. VoiceOver PRO is the pathology-specific reporting workflow layer that sits above Fluency. Engine-flexible architecture means your Fluency investment is preserved and pathology gets the workflow it actually needs.

VoiceOver PRO
Pathology reporting workflow
  • Structured templates + field validation
  • CAP eCP cancer protocol automation
  • Hands-free grossing-room workflow
  • AP system integration (Epic Beaker + 20 more)
= An hour or two of pathologist time, recovered every day.
Why this works

Engine-flexible by design.

2022+

Fluency supported

Voicebrook added Solventum (then 3M) Fluency support in 2022. Deployed alongside hundreds of existing Fluency installations since.

Same

Pathology workflow

Identical templates, CAP eCP automation, grossing room workflow, and deep AP system integration (Epic Beaker and 20+ others) whether the engine underneath is Fluency, DMO, or Dragon Copilot.

Future

No re-platforming risk

If your enterprise speech strategy shifts later, your pathology reporting workflow stays stable. Just the engine underneath changes.

Fluency + VoiceOver PRO FAQ

Common questions

Does VoiceOver PRO replace Solventum Fluency?

No. VoiceOver PRO is a pathology-specific reporting workflow layer that sits above whichever enterprise speech engine your IT team picked. Solventum Fluency continues to handle speech recognition; VoiceOver PRO adds the pathology workflow on top — structured templates, CAP eCP validation, grossing room, and deep AP system integration (Epic Beaker, Cerner CoPathPlus, PowerPath, and 20+ others).

Can VoiceOver PRO use Fluency as the underlying speech engine?

Yes. Voicebrook added Solventum (then 3M) Fluency support in 2022 as part of the engine-flexible architecture. PRO uses Fluency's recognition output the same way it uses Dragon Medical One's — the pathology layer is the same regardless of which engine sits underneath.

What if we're migrating from Dragon Medical One to Solventum Fluency?

VoiceOver PRO survives the migration without rebuilding your pathology reporting workflow. Same templates, same CAP eCP automation, same grossing room hands-free workflow, same deep AP system integration (Epic Beaker and 20+ others) — just a different speech engine underneath. Some hardware adjustments may be needed depending on engine differences.

Will pathologists need to train new speech profiles?

If you're already using Fluency for clinical speech recognition, your pathologists' existing Fluency speech profiles continue to be used. PRO doesn't introduce a separate speech profile — it uses whatever the underlying engine has trained over time.

Does VoiceOver PRO require Solventum's pathology vocabulary?

Voicebrook's implementation team customizes pathology-specific vocabulary tuned to your lab's case types, cassette formats, accession series, and site-specific terminology during the Build phase — independent of what generic clinical vocabulary the underlying speech engine ships with.

Why this matters: every report that signs out faster is a patient getting their result sooner.
